As Director of Operations, Nick Droste leverages decades of operational leadership within highly regulated environments, combining Lean Six Sigma and project management expertise with deep experience in aseptic manufacturing, cGMP solutions, and medical manufacturing. At Medcura, Nick will lead the development and scale-up of aseptic, sterility-assured manufacturing processes, ensuring process optimization from tech transfer to commercial readiness.

Prior to joining Medcura, Nick advanced operational excellence at leading CDMOs, directing supply chain, quality, validation, aseptic practices, human performance, and production optimizations at Emergent BioSolutions and Bora Pharmaceuticals. Nick complements his operational background with a Master's of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, focusing on data-driven decision making to drive organizational best practices. Nick is also a combat veteran and U.S. Army Retiree with a background of managing global operations and enterprise-level program execution in support of National Defense. His proven track record of building scalable operations, reducing risk, and embedding customer focus and quality into daily operations positions him to deliver on Medcura’s mission to transform hemostasis care through innovative, high-quality manufacturing.
