Evan joined Medcura after earning his B.S. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Maryland (Baltimore, MD) where he specialized in the synthesis of complex “smart” materials, and the characterization and customization of reversible self-assembly and disassembly., Evan has led the development of new hemostatic agents across multiple formats, notably LifeFilm and LifeCoat at Medcura. During his time at the Company, Evan has also led  the research and development activity surrounding LifeGel, and has played a major role in preparing the product for GLP studies.
