Colleen comes from the DMV area with a B.A. in Telecommunications Management and a minor in Economics from Howard University.

Colleen manages the Corporate Office and works closely with the COO and the Operations Manager & Senior Accountant. Colleen brings from the not-for-profit world experience in operations, facilities management, human resources, and database/IT management. Colleen has supervisory experience and is adept at managing complex projects while driving organizational success through strategic planning and problem-solving.
