Emily is a seasoned operational leader with over 20 years of experience advancing medical devices, combination devices and pharmaceutical products in both the animal and human health companies. She has driven teams from early concept through clinical development and regulatory submission. Known for operating at the intersection of innovation and execution, Emily combines technical depth with disciplined operational management. She has a strong track record of navigating ambiguity, maintaining momentum, and building the systems and processes that enable scalable growth. She has held COO roles at ArteMedics, Anumio and Trace Orthopedics. Previously appointments roles at Moonshot Medical, SpineThera, Minnetronix, American Medical Systems, SurModics and Medtronic.

Emily holds an M.S. in Organic Chemistry from UC San Diego and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of St. Thomas, and is an inventor on over 25 issued U.S. patents.
