Sean Rambo
Sean Rambo is a Compass co-founder and our President. He works closely with our physician board members and our health system partners to ensure we are judiciously setting the strategic direction for our partnerships.
Sean has been in the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) industry for over 20 years, having worked with several industry-leading firms – including HCA, United Surgical Partners International (USPI), and Titan Health, which was ultimately sold to USPI – a transaction he was instrumental in helping to close.
He is passionate about the relationships we build with our partners, aligning with them to ensure they accomplish their vision – to provide high-quality care, value to the community, and a strong return on their investment. Sean believes strongly in the value of ASCs in the healthcare industry and is heavily focused on our partnerships creating long-term value for the communities they serve. He continues to be very active in lobbying efforts for the ASC industry, both locally and nationally and helped co-found the North Carolina ASC Association, also serving on its Board for its initial 2 yearsof existence.
Sean holds a dual Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Health Care Sciences (MHS) from the University of Florida. He resides in Raleigh, is an avid tennis player, and is a die-hard Florida Gator football fan.
